NAPT Mentoring Project
The NAPT Mentoring Project is a 6 month project funded by HETI to assess the effect of formal mentoring on trainees.
Applications are now open for the 2019 NAPT Mentoring Project! The Project, supported by HETI and the RANZCP NSW Branch, will give trainees access to a psychiatrist mentor for a six-month period. After the initial introduction event on July 25, the location, frequency, and goals of the mentoring sessions will be completely up to you and your mentor.
This is a unique opportunity to network with senior colleagues, access professional guidance towards achieving long-term career goals, and to discuss your training and development with a non-supervising consultant. There are no assessments and no expectations. This is just time for you to focus on being the kind of psychiatrist you want to be.
Numbers are strictly limited. Please register your interest HERE or send any further enquiries to NAPTmentoring@gmail.com.
